My name is Robert, currently work as a certified Rope Access Supervisor IRATA and SPRAT level 3.

A variety of experiences have made me feel a multi-skilled professional. Now I a’m askilled rope access technician with more than 5000 hours on the ropes, I have experienced a number of different applications of rope access onshore and offshore.

I started my career in heavy industries, quite surprisingly, as an commercial diver, performing such tasks as: underwater cutting , welding , concreting, disassembles and demolition. At the same time, as a rock climbing fan, I found myself interested in working at height and in rope access techniques. As a result, diving has become my hobby, and sport climbing evolved into working in rope access environment.

Although I am streamlining, I hope to maintain a wide and varied skill-base, from heavy industrial rigging, to rope access maintenance, both for my own interest and longevity in the field, and for the broad spectrum of experience that this approach can bring to a company.

marcin

My name is Marcin and I work as certified IRATA and SPRAT L3 supervisor.

I’ve been working as a rope access technician for last 10 years but my adventure with ”ropes and height” stared long before that. When I was 16 started rock climbing and as I got older I grow to caving. I represent group of people who will never forget about roots of industrial rope access.

Most of rope access jobs which I run involve rigging and lifting. I enjoy tasks where complex knowledge and experience from all those fields is essential. I feel confident in all kinds of on and off shore industrial environments.

My recipe for great work performance is simple. Job has to be well designed from basics to last details. All team members got to know their role and responsibilities. Safety always has to be the highest priority with no compromise. On top of all that great team spirit and joy of hard work.

jan.2

My name is Jan, and I am an IRATA and SPRAT L3 rope access supervisor.

I have worked on ropes my whole professional career. It started in 2003 when I had to begin to finance my studies at the University of Life and Science in Warsaw.

I very quickly realised that rope access activities gave me a lot of joy and right at that moment I decided to start my career in this field. Conciously developing my skills, studying new development step by step and gradual learning of industrial rope access environment – it all enabled me to become a multi-skilled specialist with extensive on-and offshore experience.

For over ten years I have been fulfilling myself in realizing both – my passion and my profession at the same time. I feel even more excited about having an opportunity to pass it on to other enthusiasts. I always perform my duties with great care and in the safest possible way, simultaneously trying to bring an element of fun to work activities which create a friendly and stressless atmosphere. Once members of my team enjoy the work and tasks delegated to them, it enables the whole team to achieve proper results.
