My name is Robert, currently work as a certified Rope Access Supervisor IRATA and SPRAT level 3.
A variety of experiences have made me feel a multi-skilled professional. Now I a’m askilled rope access technician with more than 5000 hours on the ropes, I have experienced a number of different applications of rope access onshore and offshore.
I started my career in heavy industries, quite surprisingly, as an commercial diver, performing such tasks as: underwater cutting , welding , concreting, disassembles and demolition. At the same time, as a rock climbing fan, I found myself interested in working at height and in rope access techniques. As a result, diving has become my hobby, and sport climbing evolved into working in rope access environment.
Although I am streamlining, I hope to maintain a wide and varied skill-base, from heavy industrial rigging, to rope access maintenance, both for my own interest and longevity in the field, and for the broad spectrum of experience that this approach can bring to a company.
